Hello from Darryl W

Hello to all the members on this forum my name is Darryl and I hail from sunny Cairns in Australia ( thats FNQ Far North Queensland ). My background is a mix of mechanical and IT, my interest in this site was born out of wanting to learn more about interior design and the rendering techniques used. At this point in time I only use TurboCAD and from a drawing perspective I find the tool set allows me to accomplish almost anything I want to draw. My skill set in advanced rendering is my weak point and I hope to learn more from other members here, therefore Im going to ask a lot of probably boring questions. I do hope that over time I can be an active contributor.

Welcome onboard Darryl, I love Cairns, worked on a Banana Farm in Lakeland, 3 hours north of Cairns and would visit as often as I could, brilliant place to live!

Thankyou Jane, Cairns is a great place to live but right about now Id swap for a cool change in the UK.
Guys Ive seem some of your post n renders and frankly Im not even a rookie compared to the members on the forum. More so Im reluctant to post because Im still learning this highly skilled area. If it was mechanical well, I guess Im dreaming now.
