I prefer the second one Mitch, it blends in to the space better.

I like the chunky oak worktop and that your finishing it to the floor, is it veneer or laminate?

customer want a bright orange or bright blue ! I went with the blue.

It will be a 100mm melamine at their budget.

I'd have gone with the orange! There's something about bright blue kitchens that just doesn't seem right.

I remember doing an orange and green Parapan kitchen a few years ago. I know it sounds awful, but it was stunning!!!

The orange sample is out and ready for the meeting - so it's still on the cards.

You're right Michael - that does sound bad

I use Ashley Ann (https://ashleyann.co.uk) for my contemporary kitchens - and starting to use them for more of my lay-on shakers etc now as well.

Very nice Mitch. I prefer the 2nd one too. I like that you can sit both sides of the island, and you can get to the kitchen area to the left of the island too.

Let us know how you get on tomorrow!

Good luck

It looks a lot warmer now, just wish I could get some customers with the balls to try something like this!
