Renders I think where about 1.5 hours each at 1664 x 1000 resolution...

Looks really good Darrel, how does the boiler cupboard in the corner work though? 170 deg hinges?

Michael - (sent it in a report so was missing from posts) - "I've seen this a few times, I have no idea why plumbers can't leave a 50-75mm gap to the wall when putting a boiler in, so at least a door can be hinged on that side. Even with a 170 deg hinge it's still difficult to get to the boiler.

Yes Michael I agree about plumbers and boiler positioning.... shocking how many times I see this and often no thought about how far off the ground it's positioned... :evil
