Does your design software help you out with details like this?

One area that seems lacking in most KBB software is the important information that we need to know when planning. Yes we can get this some of the time by downloading manuals and looking at installation drawings in brochures but would it not be better for the whole industry to use a simple key for use in our software.

A simple layer that can be turned off and on for the designer to check is not going to be a major problem when the design becomes an order and the fitters have a problem installing it...

I totally agree. This is so simple but effective. Too many marketing images out there that are not practical and do not comply with health and safety regulations. and give clients unrealistic design expectations. This would be excellent for both the designer and the fitters
