My new V21 will not open

Hi All

I downloaded new V21 this AM. It will not open now when I click on Articad Icon. Tried restarting and still doing the same...Any ideas?

Always a bad idea downloading anything new over a bank holiday weekend as their support is shut until Tuesday. Just thought did you just download build 14 or the whole V21. It took close to an hour to download and instal V21 on my laptop and build 14 took about 10 minutes.

I know it was a bad idea, I got sidetracked last night during install, so I may not have added the other, doing this now.

If you really want to download v21 don't overwrite your v20 for the time being! Install on a d:\ drive or other!!

Done now Joe. It's working fine, but a little slow, buffering after every click.
Think there is a lot to get head round.

I hope they sort the buffering problem soon.. I get the loading circle after every click too

They really need to sort these problems quick
