I've just asked to be rolled back to V20, I've got a backlog of kitchens I need to get done and I can't be waiting for 20 seconds between every click.

Might be worth asking them to install it alongside V21 as you can't rollback the plans to V20 that have been done in V21 - unless there is a workaround

She didn't even question why I wanted to roll back, she just sent me over a link to the v20 download. I specified a different folder and it is now installing a clean version of v20 as she mentioned that to me too Luke.
I will be playing about with a couple of the v21 files later to see if there is a way to get them to open in v20.

Nice Michael, let me know how you get on. Thinking about completely re-drawing them in V20.. just taken me 5 minutes to position a unit where i wanted on a V21 file

Minch - I've forwarded the email on to you for the download! Saves you having to go through support, took me a while to get through.

Will do. I was going to do the same, but one of them has taken me over 5 hours as it's a huge kitchen with LOTS of odd walls, windows and doors that I really can't be bothered re-doing.
