V21 b34 now available

Just downloaded the latest (216Mb) patch. Not tried it yet, as usual no release notes so suck it and see....

We seem to have a new reset button on the rendering GUI. When in doubt you can go back to square 1. So that's nice.

I saw that earlier - I just don't want to press it as knowing ArtiCAD it'll reset the entire computer instead of just the render...

Nah just resets the Gamma and Exposure. It works so that's good!    They took the wrong direction with v21. It's crying out for a fresh update to things like the doors and windows and better lighting for example.

I agree Joe. It those items were formally requested, as well as a drag and drop function for moving doors and windows, but it fell on deaf ears.

Joe and Minch both 100% right. I was asked 18 months ago what I would like to see and as mention above I also asked for better, up to date sockets and switches, doors and drawers that could be opened independently and a better user interface.

I am lucky as we use Winner as well as ArtiCad but now more than 90% of my work is done on Compusoft. With their update later this year I can see us ditching ArtiCad altogether. Once Winner uses models, not images that is!

Yes, I hear that Winner are working on a lot more models now
