New project for next year Parker10

New project for an old customer. This is my first attempt to have an open door using ArtiCad. Using 2020 it would have taken seconds but this small corner of the kitchen took more than half the time of the whole design. Picking a pullout that didn't appear wider than the unit in the image was a challenge (on the plan everything looked OK). Then filling the shelves with bottles and jars at the correct height all added to the time.
Any constructive advice welcome.

Looks good.
Make sure you save the group of items and internal to use next time!

Yeah another tip is rather than assembling and setting up heights in the kitchen plan start a new drawing.

1. Add a wall of say 2000mm
2. Add a larder unit and items.
3. Place the bottles and storage items across the plan.
4. Select all the items then Right Click Elevate Selected. As the storage items are not in front of on another it makes it easier to drag and drop in the elevation.
5. Select them all. You can then either CRTL C to copy to clipboard and CTRL V to paste when you reopen your plan or save to Favourites then.

Happy dragging Very Happy

Great job, like the larder showing the internals. Maybe one day in articad, allowing doors to open!

Thank you. It is strange that you can open an Int DW door on ArtiCad (although they have got the hinge wrong and the DW door doesn't move) but no units. It can't be too hard as 2020 managed it about 15 plus years ago!

It's very clever stuff, and would look good in some promotional material but has anyone been brave enough to present to a live prospect with composite images?
