Sentinel key not found error

I keep getting this "sentinel key not found" error. Just loaded Articad onto a new computer and I can't get it to load at all because of this. I've tried all the stuff articad have suggested to me (removing and installing RTE, with antivirus and firewall turned off etc), but it's made no difference.
Any ideas?

Can't Articad log onto your machine. Do you have support? What build are you running!

Yes I have support and maybe they will do that tomorrow - was trying to get some work done tonight but have given up now. Running the latest build as I've just downloaded it onto my new computer.

Think Articad had a patch or fix but you needed to have support!

Yes, I've had the problem lots of times with my old computer, but Articad's solution ( which was to uninstall and reinstall the RTE thing in the licenses folder) has always worked in the past. Looks like I will have to get on to them in the morning, but was just wondering if anyone here had had a similar problem
I always have problems with Articad at around 5pm, and usually on a Friday, so I can't use it all weekend, and can't use it in the evenings, which is when I need to get all my work done!

Fixed this problem this morning with Articad. They said they are going to get it up on the site, but just in case anyone has the same problem before they do:

Go to c/articad/licenses/update utility, then in Update utility, click on apply license file at the top, then the the three dots at the bottom next to "update file". Select Provisional.V2c, open it and apply the update.

That fixed the problem for me anyway.

I didn't try that, but thanks for putting it up - I fixed the problem (solution in post before yours) but I also have a lot of problems with Articad as I'm always trying to use it on different computers and having endless problems with that so I'm sure it'll come in useful.
