Licence gone to Trial mode

Hi all i had to restore my laptop due to a stupid virus i couldn't get rid of, Now my articad is saying its on a trial. Anyone know how i get it running properly again without having to call Articad tomorrow whilst i'm out fitting? thanks

How did you "restore"?

re-installed the OS from scratch?
Rollback to a previous time?

Reset? You mean laptop back to original factory settings? Articad will need to give you a new code.

Yes in windows 10 it calls it reset. I think it just re installs windows and leaves everything else alone.

Yes, I don't know much about Windows 10 so not sure (Reset) if that is part of the OS or part of the Laptop Manufacturers factory setting...

Probably either the Licence cannot me matched with your computer as Joe says you will need to contact ArtiCAD...
