I can attach a file when starting a topic as its below where I'm typing but cant find how to attach a file on an existing chat as the option isn't there, only links to websites.
Please advise

Quick Reply I cannot see an option in admin to allow the attachment options to come up.
You can either use the "+ " quote options or the reply to topic to have the full editor.
