Assume you're lumping KBBconnect in with SMART as it's their product,

the catalogue data would be the same I assume, just cloud vs hosted and a few features.
so my KBBconnect subscription should work out nicely with Articad V21 ...............

I'm currently sat watching EQ support (via TV) trying to work out why one of my catalogues is screwed, again. I remember a couple of years ago Kbbconnect having similar problems to the point that we lost a few grand on a project. The support was woeful. I find i have to knife & fork most EQ quotes to make them fit and then change it again to produce orders.
Where to go next?
I recall at the KBB show Articad were blowing new life into an Artiquote style package.

Pete, Articad will be KBBconnect based for data and catalogues from what I understand.

IDS laminate worktops for Omega, Prima etc. are my main problem - some of the catalogues are missing product, others are missing prices. IDS say it's an EQ problem and hey, guess what, EQ reckon it's an IDS problem.
On top of that my LDL catalogue is short because there's too much product for the file system to handle.
I have to go online, find the price and add the product manually.
Sometimes i feel moved to have a go at them.
Today was the day.
Both barrels.
Remember Falling Down?
My local opens in 32 minutes...
