OK, so I wasn't in work last week, so ArtiCAD couldn't stress me out. Installed the Build 15 update this morning and, touch wood, all the old files are loading without any issues and there's no real lag on new designs (haven't tried to put any Sketchup items in yet though) and the lag on older designs is a lot better than it was!
