V21 Neff Appliances

Hi all, since upgrading to V21, despite downloading the Neff 2015 catalogue, my appliances from Neff are the old ones (stainless steel fronts not the black glass ones that are relevant today) can anyone confirm if there is a newer catalogue to the 2015 on articad's current members graphics download section? I had the newer models on V20 and now i dont as you can see below?

Strange as I had them in my V20 and certainly don't recall paying for them? Has anyone else had to pay for them? tried phoning articad but noones answering.

no as you can see I just have Neff despite downloading the 2015 catalogue and closing and opening a fresh Articad V21 file. Will try phone them again....

Phoned articad, now have to pay £5 a month for the latest Neff catalogue. Is anyone else doing this?

We pay for the support contract that includes all the catalogues. I think it's around a grand a year. 
Paying for catalogues that are 4 years out of date is a bit of a bleeding cheek if you ask me.
I'm surprised the manufacturer's don't subsidise it because showing their product in the plan is definitely good for their business. 
I tend to use Sketchup a lot more nowadays.

Yeah to be fair I think this catalogue is 2018 version so should be nice and up to date. Now its chargeable though i'm expecting the whole catalogue to be there, including coffee machine etc and for the models to be of good quality. Totally agree but doubt our suppliers will see it from our perspective!

I have this cat , don't pay and have never paid for any appliance graphics. I have the current style ovens and as you can see, coffee machine.



I would like the newer Siemens models though, as I currently draw everything with Neff, but half the time sell Siemens.

you must be on a different support plan from me Mitch?

That's the same as the one i've got. The new Siemens would be good as we've pretty much stopped selling Neff.
