I'm already a fan of Autokitchen V16, it may not be the most user friendly interface but to those who want extra control over their designs you can't knock it. Accuracy, layer control and ultimately Autodesk underpinnings should make it the bespoke manufacturers choice in my opinion. The good news is that V17 is coming soon! This will bring with it, amongst other improvements, supplier catalogues such as PWS and Burbidge. I expect the decision to finally include catalogues rather than rely on generic kitchens will be a massive plus for Autokitchen and will lift them over time to take a decent share of the market.
The best news? They promised it will be ready for kbb in March this year. Normally I would be skeptical however I know that the USA have had V17 since before Christmas and the UK decided to give it a bit of a shake down first . . . it also gives them more time to work on the forthcoming supplier cats.
Those of you who are interested in the software please give me a shout. I'll be attending the kbb show on the 4th & 5th March. I'd be happy to introduce you all to Fernando Bataller and we can take a look at the software.
Cheers
