Finally got round to make a start on building it an enclosure. Should have done this ages ago.  Rolling Eyes

I purchase 6 PTC heating elements, PID Temperature controller and it works well especially for ABS as it tends to curl up as it gets stressed.

I have used two layers on underfloor heating insulation boards, silver film facing inwards and will eventually clad it in Black Correx. The doors will be hinged too.

The PID Temp Controller and relay will be housed in a box too to neaten it up and make it safer being 240V on the heater side. The heating also helps to keep the filament moisture free.

I have an air purifier as well to reduce and help with the ABS smell and air pollution etc and a Camera to keep an eye on printing progress.
