VR is so bright

Hi All
Everything was going fine but now suddenly I cant see anything in VR as its so bright.
I have taken out all the lights, none of the windows or doors are lit. When viewed now in HD preview its so dark you can hardly see anything. When I view birds eye I can clearly see a half circle of light that is coming from the door area but cant understand why its so brifgt when on VR it has been fine until the last few changes which I have even tried undoing.
Any clues?

I need help the plan is in a kit. file format and it wont let me send it. (not the best on a computer)
