FWIW.
Heads up. As usual any problems won't be taken seriously unless you're running the latest.

I downloaded it at lunch. Have to say I can't see what's been fixed; the problems with trims, worktop and plinth still seem to be there and it doesn't seem any faster than before?!?!
Might help if they provided a changelog....

Please tell them!
I've emailed them twice this afternoon - just keep the pressure on.
Overhangs on worktops disappear if you change the depth from 600mm.
I've had end panels that cause the worktops to go missing completely.
It seems that custom worktops need to be raised by 5mm.
Yes a changelog would be great. At last they're now putting the build level on the patches, this helps a little.
I'm not experiencing lag now until i start adding Sketchup props into the mix.

Articad have said themselves that communication needs to improve! Alas it's taking just as long to do that as getting a finished v21!
Also still no official forum that they promised, whatever happened to that! They are quick to defend themselves when criticised but can't help blurting out things that they can't keep to hence the criticism in the first place.
The way the public beta release was handled was wrong full stop. No one should have been able to overwrite v20 in the first place when it was clearly not ready for real life design work!
Beginning to think articad will always be in a beta state. It took v20 to build 53 to get half decent!
Little rant over...
We live in hope!

i'm still sticking to V20........ will not update until these (what i would have thought to be simple) issues are rectified. Not good enough.

I had to go back to V20 as well as I was falling behind with my work, stuck fiddling with V21 and frustrated with Articad support. We have also just brought in KBBConnect and it's another minefield... in just setting it up! It was sold as a simple click & play piece of kit but it is far from it. I've been waiting since Monday morning for an issue to be corrected with a 'simple quick fix', when I called yesterday I was told 'quick fix' mean't 2-3 days!

It's going completely off topic but i switched from KBBConnect because of the 'support'.
There were major issues that cost us dearly so i jumped to EQ.
Which is why replacing Articad with Compusoft Winner looked tempting to me.
Segued nicely back on topic there.
