Bespoke C-Shaped Seating area in island

Hello everyone!  

I have a client who would like an island similar to the one in the image below, could anyone please advise me on the best way to create this shape? 
I am fairly new to ArtiCAD so simple explanation may be needed.

I would use custom worktops and panels if I had to solely use ArtiCAD... Placing a couple of cylinders to guide me while in the custom section to trace round...

Thats what I thought too Daz, it will be fiddly work, although you could pick up how to make the curved part quite easily with Sketchup if you watch a few video tutorials Emily, always good practice for future use too.
