Super....how long does it take to apply the effects in PS?

Sorry forgot to mention that. Use an existing render or image and open in Photoshop. Load the 3 files into photoshop. Once you followed the steps correctly then it takes no more than 1min depending on computer spec to create it in photoshop. You can then further edit colours and style. Video shows how to do all this. Probably need to watch video 2 or 3 times as the guy is very quick!

I had a few errors come up at first but that was because I never really followed the steps correctly! Now I know what I'm doing it's easy!

Some showrooms like this stuff, and some designers still draw in 3d! Potential clients!

I agree that its a kinda cool effect.

I also appreciate the skill of being able to hand draw a kitchen (I can't! ) just seems odd to me to take the time to create a 'better' Articad render and then convert it to a 'rough sketch'

No probs, i'm looking to expand what i can offer to anyone out there! Interior designers seem to like this style as concepts! Only takes a min in photoshop to do it! I have one client who has a designer who hand draw's (Never used 3d software) she likes to show her clients the hand drawn stuff first but i still come in with the final renders for her!

That's great cheers Joe, did my first last night and they look really impressive.. takes your eyes away from trying to find faults with the render so might trial it with customers first concept to see what feedback I get back.

P.s It did take me a few tries until I realised I had put a capital 'a' in area.

Great you were able to follow it and get it working, yea one wrong move and it throws a wobbler! lol Joinery comp i do work for know interior designers who like that kinda stuff. Good for doing mood boards, concepts, things like that!
