Internal cabinet shelf heights

Is there a way of knowing how high the shelves are in a cabinet? I spend so long using trial and error to place my accessories onto the shelves at the right height. If an elevated view could show what height my shelves are at it would save so much time!

This Should Help... The dressers with glass shelves are slightly different from the wooden ones..

Hi Jayne
Created it from exporting the 3D DXF units from ArtiCAD into TurboCAD and dimensioned it up ... A clearer PDF attached also below:
