From the article - "Neff 800mm models are the most heavily affected by the supply problems, without a clear alternative, BSH said.

However, to minimise the impact on new kitchen installations, it said it would temporarily make available 800mm Bosch models – PIE845BB1E – until the chosen model becomes available."

Do BSH pay or offer a service to remove and install the NEFF models when they become available?

Hope it's not down to us retailers to foot the bill and hassle factor.. Shocked

It would be nice now or in the very near future for CAD software and/or quoting software to tell us that a problem is flagged when we have issues like this. Nip it in the bud before trying to order it eh Very Happy

I am sure it's not rocket science to have this technology...

I just swallow the upgrade to what ever might be in stock or offer a different brand as an upgrade - which ever the customer would prefer.

it's too much hassle to either fit temps and swap back out, or to ask a customer to wait when we have no confirmed dates.

A wave of big price increases and lack of stock for primary items. For a supplier that big surely they need to be looking at their procurement process to prevent this type of thing happening again. It doesn't matter what excuses come regarding supplier issues it doesn't translate well when explaining to customers why a critical part of their kitchen wont be here on time.
The rewards programme was at least a little bit of a sweetener but now that's disappeared too!
